Pelvic floor physiotherapy is one of the many conservative measures that can help peri-menopausal women during this time in life. One can experience urinary, bowel or sexual function changes. These changes associated with your pelvic area, during this phase can be troublesome for some.
We can assess your pelvic floor by conducting an internal vaginal examination to identify your current function. If you are not comfortable with this, there are other options available to assess your pelvic floor.
